This is not meant for production. Solely meant for research. As far as I know there are three such beamlines in the world.
in the presentation
SSRF includes a 150 MeV electron linac, a full energy booster, a 3.5 Gev storage ring and
Beamlines & stations, co-invested by the state, Shanghai and CAS. So far, including phase-l and phase-ll, 34 beamlines & 46 stations have been delivered to serve users, 40,000 users have been served

Over 100 kinds of experimental methods. Spectrum, diffraction, imaging, time-resolved.
Still 5 Beamlines & 10 Stations under Construction

The EUV actinic reticle inspection and review beamline will complete this year
Future plan: EUV actinic reticle inspection on compact synchrotron

According to the presenter, his team was involved in the development of 32nm EUV prototype

I don't know what "32nm" mean in this context, beacuse EUV should be 13nm according to his own PPT page

That refers to the first EUV prototype they did in 2017. According to the information posted here previously, at that time the light source and the optics they used were only good enough for 32nm resolution. So it was referred to as 32nm EUV prototype. It was discussed in the old thread few years ago with the same pictures.

Now the Taiwanese are really complaining

As expected, the wave of 40nm capacity is causing price to crash

The big 3 SMIC, HH and Nexchip doing the damage

and it's for MCU, DDIC, PMIC. which are some of the simplest logic chips to do. these things seem to be getting commoditized.

Another similar article to this. This remains to be seen what kind of problems it causes UMC who thus far claim their ASP will remain flat in Q4.
