Too early to tell, a more clear picture in 2024. Majority of other domestic equipments and chemicals still at 28nm as most advanced level currently.

Every critical area have to advance at same pace.

2024: 14nm
2024: 28nm to scale
2025: 14nm to scale
2030s: 7nm and EUV come to scale?

Both TSMC and Samsung are not using multipatterned DUV for 7nm currently. both use EUV for 7nm. TSMC used it at first version but not currently.

To do it efficient economically , EUV is needed for 7nm

2025 EUV may appear.
2030 EUV wide usage is a reasonable estimate.

TSMC N7 was discontinued?

Even thought now Huawei is fully banned by US, it still use cadence and synopsys to design the 3nm chip. Software is Nothing to worry.. it's always available.
