Zhunmao Technology has a "from 0 to 1" R&D-batch application full-process closed-loop, with rich application adaptation solution experience; localized solutions for the entire industry chain and skilled military product full-process management experience.

So if china can crack the x-ray mask and x-ray photo resist problems in the future China can just upgrade those newly built EUV infrastructure to X-ray light source infrastructure?

The wavelength of x-rays and EUV are worlds apart (0.3nm-3nm vs 13.5nm respectively) that the entire lithography chamber design will be dramatically different just from the difference in focal lengths alone. Not to mention completely different ancillary systems to handle different photo resists and masks that it would be easier designing+building the right system from the start rather than jerry-rig one light source type into a machine meant for another.
