huh? how many people in the West are flying around in Russian jetliners? Are you under the impression that Western airliners are buying modern Russian jetliners such as the Superjet 100/130 & MS-21 in even remotely meaningful quantities?
do you know that the Sukhoi Superjet 100 was designed with help from Boeing & Snecma/Safran?
Going by the criteria you've setup, it don't seem the Russian is ahead by much.

Russia media took a photo of Chinese technicians with SU-35 (#01). It was reported that the first batch of 4 SU-35 will fly to China December 25. In November, China and Russia signed a contract to buy 24 Su-35 fighter jet, total US $2 billion. Russia is planning for 2017 onwards delivery.






The first batch will be four, but the total mayl not be less than 24...
