But they lack stable financial support, and their research needs a lot of investment..

this is why Beijing Stock Exchange has established. so far more than hundred SEMs listed and generate millions of Yuan. 70 firms are related to high tech. so they should register their company name and listed in BSE as soon as possible.

They really have a cutting edge team, with strong finance they can do wonders. insane
Investors expect some sort of payback in the future if they are going to.invest in a company. If their engine is the real deal and the PLA signals that it might be interested in working with them, then I am sure that investors would love to invest in the company.

Otherwise, they will still get some money from someone, lots of state investment funds these days, but don't expect too much private money invested in them

hmm right. yeah state and provincial governments supporting these small high tech giants with different type of programs. they will get financial support somehow. this team can be the real deal in future. hope no more delays and wasting time.

Just going to add another angle to the speed limitations of hypersonic weapons at sea level. If the missile descends to sea level prior to the terminal phase, with the trajectory being a sea-skimming one, going above Mach 3 will lead to plasma layers being formed in front of the projectile, which would interfere with radio signals. This would hamper the ability of the weapon's active radar seeker to lock onto its target at the terminal phase.
...
I read a news article that claimed Chinese scientists have managed to solve the problem of the plasma layer blocking the hypersonic missile's sensors. By placing an air - blowing device (that blows air at Mach 3) a thin membrane of cold air runs over the sensors. This allows the missile to have heat seeking capabilities. There was no mention of an active radar seeker.
Is this True / False ?

I'm not confident enough to give a firm opinion either way.

What's the difference between BSE and Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market?

Sources and links are mostly referring to Chinese based ones but in English there are a few mentions. One from SCMP.

Don't confuse this with the re-entry MaRV guidance for ASBMs which has to do with creating a communications method by somehow getting through the plasma cloud from re-entry. That was done via satellite links from the rear of the vehicle and not just any direction in the rear, apparently that required a lot of careful engineering to complete. The vehicle itself is specifically designed so that rearward comms with satellites can be established where comms components are obviously engineered with all this in mind and from the ground up. Idea speculated would be WZ-8 or another of the many HALE or even MALE drones providing targeting information, feeding that to satellites, and then feeding that to MaRVs.

The heat seeking hypersonic missile is a totally different thing.

It was speculated to be related to a payload delivered by the global ranged hypersonic vehicle. The events may or may not be related.

China conducted a global ranged hypersonic flight which US defence personnel described as "broke the laws of physics" and during this flight it dropped a payload. It wasn't clear if that was supposed to simulate a nuclear warhead or the vehicle's self defence system with a small interceptor. Then there was some info from Chinese leaks about heat seeking hypersonic missiles (whether that would be air to air or air to surface we don't have a clue). Is the payload the same thing or are they two separate platforms, no clue. I think people have begun conflating a lot of it.

The available videos of Tsirkon launches show a rather shallow terminal dive before impact and no sign of working engine. Iskander SRBM does a vertical terminal dive and still it's terminal velocity is 800 m/s. Just consider that Tsirkon is about the size of Onyx, where do you put the fuel to keep the engine running all the way?
can you source the terminal velocity values for Iskander?

sorry for late reply.

Basically no big difference. but

Shanghai Stock Exchange and its STAR market basically are for heavyweights. i don't think so any investor can invest in small enterprises over these big firms. coz they always sees return on investment. so big firms overshadow these small firms.

Beijing playing different game. support small high tech giants for high end manufacturing. planning to cultivate 10,000 SMEs in 14th five year plan. so Beijing Stock Exchange establish for these small unknown companies to raise funds.
