For the record, Fattah-1 exists, made and been used by Iran.

Yes, Iran does not have HGV with such propulsion yet does not mean their HGV is not powered simply due to not being air breathing.
If we go by your personal opinion as a standard then P-15 is not a cruise missile because it is solely powered by rocket motor.
Though North Korea and Iran made P-15 derivative that replaces liquid fuel rocket motor propulsion with air breathing turbojet engine.

As you said it yourself, it is your belief, does not make it a fact just as for example flat earthers say Earth is flat and not round.

If it was simply a MaRV then HGV of Fattah-1 would not have contained solid fuel rocket motor to begin with.
Depending on use case to extend range, conduct endo-atmospheric maneuvers or reduce loss of velocity during atmospheric reentry.

As you said it yourself, your opinion just as is on Fattah-1 for which you deny it being powered despite fact it has rocket motor/engine.

You mention those not in here which is odd to do, also you are welcome to believe whatever you want as long you keep it to yourself.
Why are you two still arguing about Iranian missiles when this is the

Chinese Hypersonic Developments (HGVs/HCMs) thread???

Especially after a mod has already asked you guys to stop. Stop polluting the thread with nonsense.
