What is the naming scheme of AES/AEP, which is for turboshaft and which is for turboprop?

Think RR vs Eurojet in EJ220's development. The XG-40 is by RR but the actual EJ220 is a collaborative effort with other European firms. In this case, the S3-2 is by Shenyang Liming and 涡轮院, and the program further moved on with Liyang and Guiyang too along with the aforementioned two.
