Strong possibilty that "3bsm"vtc jet engine for future vtol fighter is being developed,9 years ago, report that china send several engineers to russia inquiring about yak 141 .they ask if the yakolev if the possible reopen the production line for yak 141 .
,including lenghly interview with the test pilot, specially the technical problem .chinese flight engineer believe that yak 141 techinal problem could be solve by AI.

Please provide supporting source for your claim.

has successfully completed testing. It will be used in the upcoming high-altitude engine test bench. It's capable of moving air at 20,000 to 25,000 cubic meters per minute and has a pressure ratio of 8 to 9, which is the highest in the world among industrial axial compressors. The unit has a total length of 11.5 meters, a width of 5.7 meters, and a height of 4.5 meters; the total weight is more than 400 tons. The core component of the hollow rotor is nearly 11 meters in length, weighs nearly 70 tons, and the inner diameter of the rotor is 1.4 meters.

So basically, China is going for something similar to

. It will be a critical piece of infrastructure for developing future military as well as civilian engines, especially high-bypass turbofans. Quite a few of these large axial compressors will be installed at the facility, divided among the test cells. And just like the ASTF, I'm sure it will come with an onsite supercomputer as well. A milestone development for sure.

also for the first time, they showcase the complete engine test facility.

Aero-engine high-altitude simulation test cabin

this facility won the "Top Ten National Science and Technology Achievement Awards" and "National Science and Technology Progress Award Special Award"

The high-altitude simulation test cabin can "reproduce" the air flight environmental conditions on the ground without being restricted by seasons and climates, and carry out high-altitude characteristic tests of aero-engines..

as per the Chinese source, The high-altitude simulation test cabin of aero-engines is known as "Asia's No. 1" in terms of all parameters

I've been waiting for the reveal for two years.

Here's a high-resolution image of the scale model.

The engines for the Tengden/Tengoen TB001A and TB001D have been revealed. The former uses C145HT, and the latter uses C145I. Both engines are made by Chongqing Zongshen Power Machinery Co. (宗申动力), which also provides engines to CH-3 UAV.
