Some screen captures from an AECC promo film, which I have yet to find. CJ2000, yay!

AE means it's a product of AVIC, F stands for turbofan, S for turboshaft, P for turboprop, G for gas turbine, and multiply the number in the name by a factor of 10 to get its thrust or power. Letter E at the end stands for export.

WOW, CJ-2000 comes from Shangfa, and AEF1300 comes from Aeroengine Power Institute. It appears that the AEF1300 is derived from the WS-20. Sure enough, China has prepared a civilian version of the WS-20. It seems that the fuel consumption and life of the WS-20 may be greatly unexpected in terms of economy.
