China is implementing consumer subsidies, such as providing subsidies for electronic products and home appliances.
It seems it already faded.

"home appliance sales growth fell by 19.4% as nationwide subsidies faded."

You need 1000 RMB per month for every child until the child is 18 years old. Print the money and have booming economy because we can clearly see that industry and technological upgrade is on track but domestic demand is lacking. Neoliberal lies to trash bin along with delevaraging.

Reserve ammunition. They will have 5% growth and trade surplus is $1.1T despite plummeting exports to the US (- 30%) this year.

When the tariffs from EU happen and/or other roadblocks get thrown up in the future then you can go with the full socialist infusion.

You don't fire all your bolts at once. Especially currently when you are exporting more than ever despite an ongoing trade war designed to cripple your exports and at the same time you are still recovering from a massive RE bubble -- which consequently was created by lose monetary policy after the 2008 financial crisis.
