Seem to be a fake news. The plane looks like a C17 rather than a Y20.
The amount of fake news on Chinese military on social media is astounding... What is the incentive to even fake this?
In order to seek attention, this is an era of eyeball economy. Bureaucrats often don't mind this until one day these media make huge social news.
In essence, these self-media members are similar to CCN, BBC, South China Morning Post and some other media.For example, they will regard Baidi as a project of the Chinese Air Force
Money is the key and money = number of bits and click.
Even for true and real news, video of static pictures is favorred over static pictures of texts which is favorred over plain texts, redundant adjectives and twisted word orders are favored over plain and straight expression. The idea is just to bloat up the bit size.
There was a famous 相声 (Xiangsheng) by Hou Baolin (侯宝林) , titled 戏剧与方言 (opera and dialect) that made a joke of similar situation, 4 words matter can be stretched into 300 words drama. This xiangsheng was decades old BTW.
Human try to make money by all means, if there is a truth, bloat it up to make it even more attractive, if there is nothing, fake one and bloat it. It is something accopanying us for thousands of years, called rumor.
