Seems to be the case, right now it from satellite pics new Y-20s from Xi'an are now exclusively Y-20Bs

7 Y-20B are flying over resident buildings.

isn't this a mixed formation with (IMO) the first ones being regular Y-20As?

"A Y-20 was seen today on Ngari Günsa airfield in Tibet, less than 90 km from the Indian-Chinese disputed Demchok, alongside at least 4 other fighter jets. This would be the first time a Y-20 has been observed on this plateau airfield at an elevation of 4,270 m."

(comment by me: saying this is just 90km from the disputed area of Demchok really undersells the proximity of Gunsa, it is under 500km to Delhi)
