AFAIK, Tengyun is dead while AT-1B is a suborbital craft and "CSSQH" is the only operational Chinese spaceplane. There is also the Haolong cargo spaceplane from CAC that is meant to fly publicly as soon as next year to deliver cargo to Tiangong.
Tengyun is not dead. It has become a military project and is kept under much tighter wraps.

Now they are saying 2030 first flight, not that it means anything because the project STILL haven't been approved. Otherwise PPT slide remains identical, still 2033 first flight for fully reusable version, same engine arrangement etc.
If this version is the latest one
The takeoff weight is 200 tons less than the previous methane version of CZ9, which had a takeoff weight of 4,400 tons
Now it is 4200t

2 interesting post here

First one is on CASTC 509th institute's commercial remote sensing series of satellites called 四维高景-1/2/3 satellites. Weigh from 800 to 1150 kg. Can have 0.5m resolution for 13.5 km in and the wide swath one has 12m resolution @ 110 km bandwidth. Looks like plan to launch 28 satellites in total.

second one is 楚天 constellation. LEO constellation to have 300 satellites at 200-350km.
also has 72 sat constellation at 500-800 km SSO and 144 sat constellation at 500-800 km SSO.

A lot of constellation plans.

It looks like there will be a maiden launch from Jiuquan on monday, most likely of the Tianlong 3, actually there may have already been an aborted launch attempt last monday.

The payload was previously announced as 36 Qianfan satellites.

Seems that Tianlong has had quite a turbulent few months .it was meant to be launched last November/December I believe. Since then it has been postponed and scrapped several times. Won’t be surprised if it’s scrapped again for some reason. However I believe they will launch this year definitely. It’s a matter of when .

In response to both, from what I've seen, it's rumored to be the Lijian-2, with the Tianlong-3 potentially ready to go soon after. Again these are just rumors but this is what I am seeing.
