That tweet by NASA wasn't very cash money of them. A sense of entitlement sure permeates. Maybe it's my anti-west senses. I agree with others.

I'm glad to see the focus on space telescopes.
It is high time China has an alternative to the Hubble Space Telescope. The school bus sized telescope has been one of the best PR resources for NASA, creating so much fan following for them.

CNSA need Space Telescopes! Visual, UV, Infrared spectrums - all kinds of space telescopes.

It just bugs the hell out of me that America and the European Space Agency have been showing us the cold shoulder for decades now, blocking us out from collaborating with space projects... And yet they keep dissing our efforts and expect/demand that we share our exploits when we go at it alone

Well, it isn't false that NASA and ESA publish most of their findings for the public. I think it's a bit tongue in cheek the tweet from the NASA account but I agree with it

At the Wenchang International Aerospace forum, CNSA general secretary stated that China will build research station on the moon and focus on developing CZ-9 from now on (后续).

When building a ground station is the goal, nothing else than CZ-9 can foot the bill. Multiple launch of smaller rockets can only put a flag on the moon, not a station module that is close to 20 tones which gives a room for 3 astronauts for short stay.

When building a ground station is the goal, nothing else than CZ-9 can foot the bill. Multiple launch of smaller rockets can only put a flag on the moon, not a station module that is close to 20 tones which gives a room for 3 astronauts for short stay.

I hope the short stay matches the length astronauts spend on the ISS. Even try growing vegetables in miniature type Glasshouses.
