New mission added to schedule

When: 1/1/2026 - 31/12/2026
Launch Site: Wenchang Spacecraft Launch Site
Vehicle: New Generation Manned Rocket
Payload: Projected to be fully completed New Generation of Crewed Vehicle
Customer: China National Space Administration
Mass: 23000kg
Orbit: 72h earth-lunar free return trajectory

This is probably full capacity 921 rocket right? With boosters not core only?
Is this official? If this is true that mean just a year between first launch in 2025 to attempting an uncrewed circumlunar moonshot in 2026.

It is not official.
Where do you get this "first launch in 2025"?
If it is not circulating the moon what kind of test would the first launch be? A full state 921 is 3 staged and capable of launching 25t to LTO. If the launch aims at the moon, the dummy payload will be able to sling around the moon even if one don't intend to do so. So not only it is possible but very probable that the first full state launch is circulating the moon.

It seems that CZ-7A is going to be used for Lunar, Mars missions too. I suspect it will replace CZ-3B in the coming Mars sample return mission.

SY-9 is probably a GEO based sat to collect space situational awareness data about other objects on orbit.
China equivalent of DoD GSSAP sat. GSSAP satellites can perform rendezvous and proximity operations, approaching other space vehicles to provide attribution or enhanced surveillance on objects.
China also have two other SY-6 sat doing space surveillance in LEO
