The entire naming system of the WS-10 family is a murky mess, but generally both WS-10D and WS-10B-3 (aka series 3) refer to this variant with the EJ220-esque nozzle:

This is supposedly a post board in a certain airbase of this brigade.
"Between 08/13/2019 and 09/07/2019, our brigade participated in the Shaheen-VIII Sino-Pakistan Air Force Joint Exercise and sent in 5 J16 type aircrafts. 70 sorties in total were conducted and a total of 51 OPFOR aircrafts were shot down (14 J10C, 3 J11B, 1 J-11BS, 11 JF17, 13 Mirage V, 9 J7PG) . This is the first exercise conducted jointly with a foreign airforce since the founding of this brigade, exploring various types of missiles' flight envelopes as well as methods for evasion....."

"We explored and verified basic tactics in composite formation with a certain type aircraft (Literal translation on 某型飞机）, feasibility of high arching launch at various altitudes and abilities for J16 radar to intercept and identify radar signatures of a certain type aircraft."

What this "certain type aircraft" is would be up to imagination
