That is a huge long post that's wrong. Here is the actual house:

As you can see the current list price is $637k. Well within the AVERAGE of many American cities.

Sure it may be a little above average, but it's nothing special. It's well below the average price in major US cities like New York and Seattle.
You are comparing apples and oranges here. The median income of Dade City Florida is around $46,000.

Nobody, not even you, believes the average American lives in this house. How much do you get paid to post here? 50 cents a post?

Pro tip: If you gonna sell American propaganda, you have to do it credibly.
My point is Americans are wasteful in resources and live in far bigger houses than they need. You are twisting it into something else. Also I said the average American FAMILY OF FOUR. The middle class family of four in Florida earns anywhere from $51,789.66 to $154,596 (

The fact that some people are getting jealous over a picture is revealing insecurity I didn't know was there.

It is true that Americans are wasteful and love big cars and big houses. However, average Americans don't live in house you posted. It isn't about insecurity. It is about representation. That picture you posted would downplay inequality issue in America. Like I said, 20% of Americans can afford house like that. It isn't a small number but they are not average Americans.

I think the number is closer to 40 than 20. Not just houses but stocks, investments, business interests...

3000 SQ feet new home even if it is in Florida would cost you thousands of dollars per month just to maintain, utilities, lawn, water, insurance, and mortgage payment, interest payment, and property tax. Average families can't afford such houses.

Average Americans don't have much in stocks, investments or business interests. Most of them just have a retirement account. I don't think you have any idea about the US. Most Americans live by paycheck to paycheck.

Seems like I had a different view of things. I believed that US population (about 35%) were high income ( can afford good houses like the ones you pointed out). And I believed it was because of appreciation of land prices, Social mobility and investments into stocks (while people of most other countries put money in banks).

I underestimated US income inequality.
