Wow, Cuba needs some serious upgrades in their Air Force. They got good pilots I'm sure, but needs some new high tech modern planes to go with them.
I believe the Cubans still operate about 20 or 25 L-39Cs.
This was the standard version and massed produced (like 2,250 built) They have place for two pylons, one under each wing. It looks like the Cubans have added another pylon under each wing on their own.
Later, the L-39Z (2 or three variants) aircraft had place for four pylons from the factory, with two under each wing. About 600 of those were built.
They are trainers that can also be used for light attack. Over 2,000 of them are still inservice.
Here is a L-39ZO with the four pylons which is owned and flown by a civilian in Rockford Illinois!
You can find these for sale on occasion. A used L-39C will run you $160,000 to $200,000.

The Chilean AW 139 Carabineros enters service
(Defensa.com) Finmeccanica-AgustaWestland announced that the turbine helicopter AW 119, recently delivered to Carabineros de Chile, has entered service. According to the company, the aircraft will be used to support a variety of police missions, including public order and security, crime control counterterrorism drug control and border security as well as search and rescue and transportation. This unit is the first of its kind in the Chilean market and adds to the fleet of five AW 109 which already operates Carabineros. The maximum cruising speed is 306 km / h. and extent exceeds 1,060 km. with auxiliary reservoir. In the Andean country-a market clearly dominated by Airbus Helicopters there are only 20 AgustaWestland helicopters (AW119, AW109 Power, GrandNew and W3A Sokol), none in military service. This model has 800 orders from 60 countries and 700 already in service with 220 users.
Carabineros de Chile has not officially informed of the entry into service of this unit or its equipment, but there is evidence to suggest that in its first operations only fly in transport version.

Argentina Antarctic Summer Campaign ends
(Defensa.com) Argentine Defense Minister Agustin Rossi, led the ceremony of completion of the Antarctic Summer Campaign (CAV) 2014-2015 held at the Liberty Building Armada Argentina. New trainers for the School of Army Aviation in Chile
(Defensa.com) Following the suspension of Course Set Fixed Wing which was held from 2006 at the School of Aviation Captain Avalos Air Base El Bosque (Santiago), the respective flight schools in the Chilean armed forces have had update their training programs and renew material. The late program involved the basic training of pilots Army, Navy and Air Force, by the latter with ENAER T-35 Pillán. Then each of the institutions continued their period of IFR training in their respective units, CJ-1 No. 5 Group FACh and PC-7 Naval Air Squadron VT-1 in the Naval Aviation.

Peru incorporates the first full co-produced KT-1P in the country

In his speech Humala said that we are witnessing an industrial achievement of historical scope, a direct result of a program of co-production between Peru and the Republic of Korea, which sets the tone for future endeavors in cooperation, innovation and technology transfer, while Park Geun-hye who pointed out that this day is very significant, because thanks to cooperation is going to make the Peruvian dream of developing its aviation industry.
The KT-1, which holds the FAP 319 tuition, is the first device from a total of 16 that will be co-produced in the plant KAI and Maintenance Service (SEMAN) of the FAP located in Las Palmas. Ten other devices, which are in various stages of assembly, begin to be delivered at a rate of one per month from May. The FAP acquired 20 KT-1P to replace the Embraer T-27 Tucano in pilot training programs.
