This is Deino's new book...and it is already out on Amazon.

IS this the one we have been speaking of Deino, that the publisher did not want you to prematurely announce?

From the Introduction/Summary of the book:

amazon said:
From the South China Sea to the mountains of Nepal, the continued economic rise of the People’s Republic of China has led to a dramatic shift in the balance of power in the region. As a result, the relationship between China and its neighbors, as well as with the United States and its allies, has become increasingly important for the future of the region – and for the rest of the world. This uniquely compact yet comprehensive directory serves as a richly illustrated, in-depth analysis and overview of the most important conflicts in which China is currently involved – and those that it is likely to be involved with in the future – with a particular focus on People's Liberation Army air power.

Thanks Jeff ... especially funny since I just got note from the publisher that we've managed to sell 1000 books since it was published ..... and psssssssst, do not tell it my wife, an update is planned for about 2018 in two volumes one for the PLAAF and one for the PLANAF each. But until then a surprise in early 2016. :p

Deino :)

I guess it's somewhat unrelated to the topic at hand, but as i got my copy of Dragon's Wings (finally), what the selfish me would really like to see is an update on THAT, with hopefully a lot more details and drawings, pictures etc., of those unbuilt projects, it's truly a fascinating subject. Did you ever manage to trace that "Chinese secret projects" book Deino, it really has some awesome stuff in it, and we probably only saw a fraction of what is in.

Great work Deino, looking forward to acquire some more of your books!:)

First of all THANKS a lot for Your kind words ... but; I beg You all to tell me what's wrong, what could have done better, what's missing or should have been included ... !
It was my "first" baby of this kind and since indeed an update is already planned ... but pssst, by boss is listening !

Thanks again, but my once planned book on "Chinese Secret Projects" is this book simply not with the original planned name; it's now called "Dragon's wings".

One reason was that with Ian Allan's business in aerospace books has been sold to Crécy.

Hope You like it , since all the secret projects You mentioned are included and depicted by very nice CG's made by Bai Wai !
