You could point out that if Lithuanians were the superior race why are they all picking strawberries in western europe for minimum wage.
Countries like Lithuania are screwed today more than anything than happened during the USSR. Low birth rates, no one wants to migrate there and everyone wants to leave. Countries like Lithuania will cease to exist.
Free EU money is the only thing thats keeping these eastern Europeans from reverting back to authoritarian hellholes. With Hungary and Poland even free EU money wasn't enough.
Now with austerity kicking in I doubt Germany/France can afford to subsidise these people for much longer.
Lithuania is experiencing the economic miracle of capitalism. They shrunk from close to 3.7 million when the Soviet Union collapsed to around 2.8 million people today. Remember kids. Communism kills. No wait.

True, but pop. was also non ethnic lithuanian, all the non lithuanian realised what a gutter hole this new country was.
And for the ethnic lithuanians that left lithuania, some of them ended up here at the Reeperbahn as, well, service providers.
