I don't believe those kind of information are allowed to be released. If you see them on the web, its likely someone's conjecture. 144 TRM means 144 transmit/receive modules per RMA, or in a more layman's language, its like a subarray. Typically, AESAs are built into into subsections and groups.
144 x 37 RMAs means 5328 T/R elements. Assuming the distance of each element from each other is about 1/2 of the S-band wavelength used, you can get the size of the array. Each element is separated from each other in a triangular formation. S-band is about 15 cm to 7.5cm. Each RMA would be a matrix of about 12 x 12 elements on an X and Y dimension.
That's more than the SPY-1D(V) which is about 4,300 elements. Around on par with the Type 346 family which is around 5,000 to 6,000 elements per face.
