I've always wondered why the PLA decided to place an Eiffel Tower replica at their Zhurihe complex? Is it for aesthetics or does it actually serve a training purpose?

You sure that's not a PS?

What are, if any, the physical reasons that, on average, a female infantry soldier would not perform as well as a male counterpart, aside from being unable to carry as big of a load?

Are there differences in stamina, reaction time? How much of a factor is upper-body strength?

Most female soldiers that I knew are capable to handle the stamina, but when it comes to carrying a big loaded ruck sack is a different story. Meaning that varies between the individual themselves.

I imagine that would be the case, but what about other factors? I read that women have less grip strength than men, how significant is that? Does it affect their aim/shooting?

Grip is less the issue it's overall that does have problems.
Female civilian shooters are just as good as there male counterparts.
The problems have been pointed to are when you add in almost 200 pounds of other kit. There are also lesser issues such as changes in body shape that effect fit for modern body armor and general hygiene.
