Does anyone know which handgun carry condition the PLA typically trains soldiers to use?

Does anyone know if China has any missiles or ammunition that is known or at least advertised to function like the M830A1 MPAT round or the Vikhr missile warhead, where the fuze can be triggered via impact or proximity?

How does the India-China border dispute look, in terms of who's likely to come out on top? I read somewhere that the US has been providing intelligence to India on Chinese movements in the area. I also read that when the two sides clashed a few years ago the number of casualties might have skewed towards India. Does India have more numerous/experienced mountain fighters, or does China? Just curious to gain some more understanding.
