Are there any resources about these unit flags? From what I currently understand, these are given on either the brigade, battalion, or company level, and there's a UN peacekeeping variant of the flag from photographs. Wikipedia gives a general overview of what these are, but I'm having trouble finding resources that take an in-depth view of what goes into the design of the flags. English or Chinese sources are welcomed.

No, just PLA mortars in general. I want to post my collections of PLA 60mm, 82mm, 100mm and 120mm mortars and their ammunitions. I don't think all of that can can be considered "small arms"....
Also, is there a thread on PLA armored recon vehicles?
