Never said they want. But they will be forced to do it. Do u think america is going to just sit idly and let china become powerful? They know if they want to maintain their superpower status they need to weaken china. As i said before time is on china side. But if america are desperate to provoke war they will go as far as accepting Taiwan as independent country. Then china don't have any option but to go war against them.
Unfortunately the attrition war doesn't really favor Iran.
They can do immense damage economically by continuously shutting down Israeli airports and infrastructure, but it's a war to the knife since Israel can cripple Iran's oil refineries just as easily.
Iran will bleed out first because you-know-who will give unlimited aid money to Israel.

It's reported that the jet is F-35 shotdown by F-15.
An Israeli pilot parachutes after his plane was shot down. Iran says it shot down an F-35. They are searching for the pilot.
Iranian media reports in the evening that 3 planes and 7 drones were shot down. Not much compared to the damage, but at least it's something.

Lets face it, if Iran did significant damage it would get nuked (that would be a win for the USA)
Israeli F-35 apparently shot down by Iranian F-15? Or did you mean Iranian F-14? Because Iran has F-14s, but no F-15s.
