2025 Israel - Iranian conflict

Isreal has been able to protect their high value targets a lot more because of missiles, Iran needs to launch multiple missiles to hit high value targets but Israel can launch one and still hit Irans high value targets that’s the difference.
1. Israeli ministry of defense, Mossad HQ, Weizmann Institute of Science along with multiple air bases and refineries have been hit. Are there any targets more high value than these? You either prevent your HVT from being hit or you don't. There's no "protected a lot more," you either protect (avoid getting hit) or you don't.
2. Cost of multiple low end missiles from Iran is several times lower than an Israeli fighter sortie using high end fighters needing tank support firing off far more expensive stand off missiles.
4. An Israeli interceptor missile is a larger investment of resources than a basic Iranian BM. And multiple interceptor are fired for each incoming BM.
3. Despite attempting the use of multiple interceptor per missile, Israel has not shown an ability to intercept a single hypersonic missile.

The drone videos are meaningless. Having drones targeting some equipment here and there is barely a nuisance.

Russia and Ukraine have been doing this to each other since the very start of their war, and neither have collapsed.

I would be very cautious of any media either side puts out right now, especially the IDF, as they are in heavy propaganda mode.

IDF claims they've destroyed 70 SAM batteries thus far. Equivalent to 20+ SAM Battalions.

IDF claimed to have killed over 1000 Hamas fighters back in 2021 by bombing the Hamas underground metro in Gaza. A year later, turns out it was a complete lie and not a single member of Hamas was killed in that bombing run. This was uncovered by none other than Israeli journalists

Unless we see daytime footage of Israeli aircraft flying over Iran (which we have not since the attacks), its safe to say the airways is not in complete control by the IDF. There’s a reason why refueling is being done over Syria and other countries and not Iran..

1: not deploying AD will just cause you to lose more high value targets, not deploying them if you have them is stupid.
Again: they'll just lose them right now. Will not protect anything. SAMs are thoroughly suppressed right now by persistent overhead observation, and can't even disperse; when they try - we see them in Israeli videos. How Iran got there is secondary, the question is how to get out of this situation.
Twice so, because Iranian armed forces seem really inexperienced(Quds isn't the rest, most of Iranian armed forces didn't fight since Saddam; only curse of small wars through and thorough).
Unlike Yemen.

2: they still need every fighter they can to fight Ukraine they don’t have alot their able to spare and give away in good will
Fighters arguably don't matter fighting Ukraine at all.
Either they're there to pretend there is CAP(ambushing 1 ukrainian aircraft per quarter), or there is none(Ukraine has no CAP now, and even when it had one it couldn't shoot down anything) - front is all the same.
