The DZ9000S ELINT system. It conducts reconnaissance and direction finding of airborne, shipborne, and ground-based radar signals and other non-communication signals and their emission sources. Using the intercepted electronic signals intelligence, the system can figure out the enemy's (EOB).
Doubtful, these are usually using inductive/near field programming. Imagine trying to plug-in tiny usb-c port during a high tempo fire mission… at night!
