The patrol rates of Chinese nuclear submarines is still very low

Has china ever conducted a strategic nuclear patrol ?

I think it would be a good idea to first to achieve high patrol rates run these submarines before building more

Chinese submarine is the most secretive of all branches Let the potential foe guessing. It is called strategic ambiguity.
They even built submarine cavern to mask its activity from prying eye in the sky. Lookit thsi way the JL2 range is around 7500 to 8000 km. With this is range, it can't reach its potential target without sailing into pacific. Now are they building 4 expensive submarine to be garage queen?

Not counting that China spend enormous sum of money to built SCS island to guard egress into the pacific and keep an eye on the opfor effort to interfere with sub operation

I would never trust western press since they have no clue what they are talking other than bias and prejudice.

Chinese submarine are more advanced than the western press make it to be. We know it from recent controlled leak from new PM motor all the way to this extensive leak from some years ago. Read this

if you are talking about the presentation slides in the link, they are not leak but open educational material for college students. The education program has been ongoing for years.

If you are laughing at the "leak" of the slides in the link #1395, you just laugh too early. They are not leaks. They are open information in a education program aiming at college students without security clearance. The program has been on for years.

"Unfortunately", you are not eligible to enroll in a Chinese college, so it is a "leak" for you. Who is really BSing?

In all navies more secret weapons ofc again more for Chinese ... but we see regularly pics of the bases for SSN/SSBNs and possible have others good infos but not all in English and i repeat i have say above i am certain some know more... it is not to me to do the job...
