Few queries come to mind for the fourth LHD O75.
1. Which Theater Command- Southern or Eastern?

2. Whether it will be used by PLANMC only or support PLAGF Amphibious CABs now?

3. If the rumored 15 PLANMC Brigades is real - enhance 6 Marine brigades to 9, 1 SOF to 3, and 1 Aviation to 3, then is the combination of 1 Type 075 and five Type 071s enough for each Landing Flotilla? Or more would be required?

I think they have 2 1130s on either diagonal corner and 2 HQ-10s on the other two diagonal corners so you'll always have at least one gun and one missile platform available no matter from what direction the ship is approached.
Not what that was about. That particular 1130 appears to be of a different configuration to the regular ones the PLAN has been employing on all the ships that have them. This was first seen on the 054B launched from the Guangzhou shipyard, and now the Shanghai yard has it too.

More peculiar still is that the one situated aport remains the same model of 1130 as all the other ones.

They probably deemed it important enough for the stern CIWS radar to get a wider field of view to its left when it rotates that way to swap locations with the EO ball. This wouldn't matter as much on the 054B, or any similar bow configuration, so they probably just had one handy from a batch that was configured that way. Won't be able to tell until we get to see more installations.

I think so too. The radar is on the outside away from the hull to reduce effect of false returns from the ship hull when pointing close to the ship body. Optical ball is less affected by this
