Any updates on the rail gun first seen in 2018?
I don't have any clue or any information in regard to the actual program and what state it's in, but IIRC the railgun still exists on a Type 072A LST. Whether it's functional or not, not sure.
Via Shugart: based on recently-acquired imagery of the Hudong-Zhonghua shipyard, it looks to me like the PRC may have restarted production of its currently 8-strong Type 071 class of amphibious assault ships.

The hull modules seen at Hudong-Zhonghua (28 meters beam and 14 meters of well deck width) is dimilar to those on the 071 LPDs.
The segmentation of the hull modules (when arranged one after another) do look io be similar to the 071 LPDs.
However, he also noted that this doesn't preclude the possibility of a new variant or a new class (if not for export), hence further observation would be required.
Probably power generation infrastructure, which also involves engine overhaul.
