Poor 055, her only remaining combat capability assurance is the outdated green paint on the underside of the lid.

Why bother painting there?

Looks like a replaceable sheet of padding, made with a type of synthetic plastic/material. I doubt it's paint.

By the way, it takes years of PLA-watching to understand that joke.

Just in case I missed it … if I remember correctly, then I saw an image of no. 09 this weekend but since I was „out in the forests“ unfortunately I did not save it. However I‘m surprised it wasn‘t posted here yet … so am I wrong; was that image faked?

That seems unlikely given neither the hull at Jiangnan nor at Dagushan appear to have been launched (or are in any state to be launched soon, very hard to tell in Dagushan though via Sentinel).

Interesting ... that guy claimed, 09 was launched and posted even an image. However I was not able to check and stupidly forgot to save the image.
