Most probably not.
It's already a long done deal that they will be using the good old Type 382. These contracts for MLU may already have been signed and sealed long before the new radars are ready. In theory they could, but they may have to redesign, restructure, and rewire the mast which could significantly delay the project not to mention exceed the given budget.

Hope 168 and 169 would get AShM upgrade to YJ-12, 16 of them is quite something
