From what do we know it is from Dalian?
Dalian is the rumor from the previous photograph of the CVN-20 model from last December.

But more importantly, the arrangement of the foul lines on the flight deck towards the bow looks pretty closely resembling across both photographs. Alongside the island superstructure (and its rough location), placement of anti-air systems on the port side, markings on the flight deck, etc.

Perhaps this may lend further support the rumor WRT the previous photograph of the CVN-20 model being related to Dalian in some way at least...

He is just BSing as if he has some sort of original finding or secret source, which only exists in his imagination. In reality all of his "secrecy" is actually sourced from weibo like I did. I understand that he could be a good faith to not get OP into trouble, for example Chinese authority has started new round of Weibo military purge.

But you know posting something without citing sources, is not going to protect the source at all. He is acting like that PLA intelligence office is a bunch of idiot who can't find the original source. I would rather not to post them or discuss them in private if one is indeed trying to protecting sources.

Agreed, if it is CSSC, then it is more likely related to the Jiangnan Shipyard at Shanghai. Dalian would be Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Company (DSIC) ... or am I wrong?
;) The name tag in Chinese is
大连船舶重工集团有限公司
Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Company
probably because they merged.

Btw from what I heard privately, Dalian shipyard sent several rounds of expert to Jiajiang, where houses China's nuclear power designing branch and had a working team stationed here at least since 2022. I am about 95% certain Dalian is going to build something nuclear.
