Henrik is correct.
Everyone ignores Forbin. The problem arises when he decides to repy and provoke other members. Then, when he gets a rebuttal for his provocation, he pushes the blame on others and runs to Jeff and tries to get Jeff to ban whoever it was he provoked. Jeff, not being bothered to read half a dozen pages of arguments to see who really started the whole thing, gets duped into actually banning whoever Forbin pointed a finger at. It's quite obvious that Forbin is a manipulative and immature individual who likes to abuse authority, or manipulate authority figures to do the abusing.
I have watched all these videos. My take is following:
- 095 uses IPS is a sure thing. Ma personally said "the next gen nuclear submarine uses his 3rd gen IEPS".
- 095 use shaft-less drive, is only said by this CCTV4 program. Could be true.
- In Ma's interview, he did not mention the shaft-less drive, although the drive was visible in the video. The interview leaked the drive. But one can not use Ma as evidence to prove (or disapprove) its application on 095.

Ignore should be able to allow you to not see his replies in the thread.
Unfortunately that's as good as the function works.

On the other hand, they've gotten some new interview footage for the program, so they seem reasonably competent about the technical aspect.
