    I remember when China has only 2 tankers and that large Russian tanker whatever it’s called

    Largely because those came before this class are too small.

    Can anyone Identify the 233? Looks like some submarine rescue ship anyone know the class?

    It's a cable laying vessel operated by the South Sea Fleet, and as far as we can tell, South Sea Fleet have at least 2 of such vessels.

    Such vessel is used to lay submarine cables.

    "too small". I'd say ships the size of 901 are the exception in terms of replenishment vessels around the world, rather than the norm.
