For what type of missile are these launchers made ?
I have an old picture of a J-5A in service with PLAAF in the 80s and similarly equipped.

In fact I've never seen this artwork before.

An illustration from a very old study on what appears to be conformal fuel tanks. If I'm reading the labels correctly (保形块舱), they are removable and/or can be jettisoned.

I think the words are 翼下保形快卸舱, which seems to mean the under-wing conformal tanks can be quickly installed/removed, but not necessarily eject-able.
