I'm not smart enough to know what that means. But Canada is another option if you don't speak Chinese (though lots of non-chines speakers live in China). Immigrant friendly and has large Chinese neighborhoods like Markham in Toronto. Canada may be a good option if war breaks out between US/China.
Like Tony Robbins liked to say, there is a world of difference between what one should/can do and what they will do. I definetly should move back to China asap, but like many others have fell into the complaceny trap of procrastination...
