The PLAAF don't know that and it's a lot harder to justify shoot down a civilian airliner than a USAF marked one regardless of who's on board.
Not sure on the veracity but I called this. In the circumstances it seems suicide for the Taiwanese authorities to agree to let Pelosi in.
It seems suicidal for America as a political entity as well, it makes me wonder whether Pelosi is trying to sabotage America....
Paul Pelosi said:It’s shorting time.
Way too late for that! You will just be giving your money directly to Nancy’s husband if you try to get in on the game this late in the day. It’s shorting time.
I think at this point the best thing to do is allow Pelosi's plane to land. There are a lot of civilian aircraft in the air and even if only Pelosi's plane is shot down, it could cause needless deaths on the ground.I’m surprised China has not yet issue NOTAM for commercial aircraft to avoid Taiwan. If they suspected Nancy to be prancing around in a commercial airliner, that would be a pretty easy way to cancel her trip. The fact that they have not is telling, especially in light of all the commercial flight cancellations on the mainland side.
I’m expecting Nancy to be onboard SPAR19, and China has confirmation, which is why it’s no bothering with NOTAM games.
I would expect NOTAM to be issued as soon as SPAR19 crosses the 12nm line, as part of the final warning measures before the point of no return is reached.
