Well as long as he got his source proper and straight he is fine. His blog on losses are appears to be well sourced, people got butthurt about the loss of any side needs to accept that that is nature of war, there always attrition and side that makes shortcomings.

He can shout whatever he wants about how poorly Russia perform etc, and that's okay. He can only be discounted if he start lying or sharing false information and unwilling to rectify his mistake.

I got no problem with him nor about his blog as you mentioned it is well sourced.
But his Afghanistan list is either not updated or he lost interest!

i would not even rate any part of the Ukrainian military

I would only rate the Ukrainian infantry

and I know in open warfare Russians with their superior Air Force bombers and aircraft would Clear the sky’s pretty quickly

however this is a urban fight and Russians know all about TB2, ATGM + MANPADS from
Various conflicts recently and yet they use wood trunks to protect vehicles and steel frames not even a trophy style defence system

they had 3 months to prepare and fuel and logistics still suffered

you cannot ignore some huge discrepancies
