He is pro Turkish and also a member of Turkish defense forum (Defense hub), he posts there when he writes another article. He also mentioned there that he is learning Turkish and have plans to move there (NOTE: might be mistaken with the moving part).
His lists of lost equipment have some flaws e.g The list of equipment lost to Afghan Taliban's by mighty Afghan army is severely flawed compared to what the Taliban's government is saying or showing, (Source : @MJalal313 on twitter).

I'm not sure if you noticed or not, but there are very few photos of actually destroyed tanks, showing that ATGMs aren't that useful. The tanks are just abandoned if they break down or run out of fuel, in accordance with Russian doctrine. Russia is also losing less planes than US during Vietnam, and nobody thought Vietnam was winning.
Ukraine is actually using 1980's USSR gear for everything other than infantry weapons and it shows - their entire navy got sunk and they have no air to air kills.
