Looks like they will attack Odessa once Mauripol and Khariv falls. From all the reports there is fighting in the outskirts of both cities. One question I have why haven’t Russian forces attempted to surround Khariv like they did with Mauripol? Khariv is a massive city. Only makes sense to surround it and attack on all sides to find the weakest defensive positions. I get they are still bombarding the city to soften UKR defenses.

Another relic of the Soviet Union lost forever. Hopefully she finds Buran waiting for her in heaven.

A sad end to yet another iconic aircraft from my childhood days. The An-225 will join the list of other departed iconic air/space crafts such as the: Concorde, DC-10, F-14, and the Space Shuttle. These were machines that were placed into illustrated encyclopedias for school kids to learn and admire. What's even sadder for the An-225, was that there was not even an opportunity to even retire its only sole airframe and place it in a museum. What a pity.
