The west will have to fix Afghanistan whether they like it or not.
I agree with all you other comments. but I'd caution against this part. I don't think the west can fix anyone, maybe themselves (a big maybe). I basically agree with Beijing's attitude on these things: the countries themselves will have to figure it out and foreign intervention only complicate things, rarely for the better.

the problem with Afghanistan is they have been fighting foreign invasions forever. so I do think they have a chance now that China kinda sorta give a little umbrella for them so they have a chance to focus on their internal differences. today's afghanistan is like many countries post WWII, finally gained independence. It probably will be a long journey before they find their footing.

To me this really shows why the west is scare of China because China is one of the few developing countries that made it while retaining true independence. I hope more countries will be able to follow China's path, which is develop according to their own (not necessarily Chinese) characteristics.

Chinese K-pop member gets heat from a number of South Koreans for not kneeling down to fans for a South Korean New Year gesture. They don't care to understand why kneeling is a sensitive thing for the Chinese people.

Korean netizens poured out criticisms, such as “If you hate doing Korean New Year’s greeting that much, why are you still promoting in Korea?”, “Go back to China”, “Don’t earn money in Korea”.
These racists pigs would accuse Wang Yiren of not respecting South Korean culture. Well, change her out with a white American and they would all suddenly become far more forgiving. Hell they might even defend that Americans don't kneel.

These South Koreans conveniently forget that China is one of the principal markets for K-pop. So they better understand that Sinophobia has a price. Hating on China while its under siege from global racism, the Chinese will remember that.

China should keep Korea divided as much as possible for as long as possible, even if it means arming NK with hydrogen bomb capable fighters. These savages will be even more anti-China vitriolic and Western worshipping after reunification.

China is no longer weak second-rate power. China should stop approaching things transactionally and keep a ledger about every insult and wrong done to it, especially when it involves celebrity and pop culture. It's part of the reason why China is misunderstood and disliked by other cultures. Yes, the Chinese should remember who are untrustworthy and whatnot but especially for K-Pop, gossip, and other tabloid journalism like that it's a complete waste of time and mental space as it is intended as bread and circuses for plebs. You don't need to wield a hammer for a comedian or random shitposter which is why there's so much pushback now even in the US against the SJW movement.

It's also part of the reason why Chinese propaganda sucks ass because it takes everything so sensitively as a loss of face instead of playing along with jokes and minor criticism. The West is able to pretend to be part of the group instead of appearing distant and cold from everyone else. That's why they have been able to grab attention and sympathy because they are able to build association and a group narrative. China's story seems separate from everyone else so others feel that they can't completely trust them. Not necessarily because China is doing anything bad or wrong but they're acting like they're hiding something because they're completely transparent or are very defensive about everything.,

I didn't know "Go back to China" is a joke. Racism is a joke? What planet do you come from?

"Go back to China" is racism, you don't play along with racism. You fight back against racism.

Its impossible for China alone to send enough aid for 30 million starving people. Its too much, and I doubt it is even possible from a logistical point of view.
Depends on the level of starvation of the 30 million people. it might be that the majority are malnourished and need some supplement, not 100% of calorie intake from aid. Either way more important that china takes a lead here.

I'm referring to a national level, not on an individual level. Black people overreact to the N-word and now it's a common slang for black people and anons mutter it everywhere. It's only a weakness if you let it have power over you.

But personally, if someone told me to "go back to China," I'd shrug and be like "I wish I could but I'm a broke American" and then ask them to gofund my trip to China. Why should I care that others don't see me as a native American or European? I'm not so insecure and desperate that I need the White man's validation as being part of their society. Being an Asian national may even be a superior thing nowadays with the West fast-tracking towards its own decline.

Agreed. If Korea was unified under South Korea. They might start demanding for Yanbian to be absorbed into their new greater Korea.

South Koreans pop culture is full of white worshipping and elitism. English-speaking Koreans returning from America or Canada are revered. But North Korean defectors, or Chinese Koreans immigrants are looked down upon. In their eyes, ethnic Koreans from NK and China are little more than thugs, criminals, and servants. They can't even treat all ethnic Koreans equally. They don't deserve to rule over greater Korea.
