I would say the de-facto Russian-Chinese alliance is a lot more capable than the American MSM give them credit for.

Zhang Zhehan should be considered as one of the most stupid individuals in the world in 2021. What a way to destroy years of career in the entertainment industry.
Apparently he was attending a friend's wedding. At the Yasukuni Shrine!
This is just insanity or stupidity on a whole new level. Zhang Zhehan knows he is Chinese, he knows he has Chinese fans, and he knows the current political climate in China. Yet he doesn't know what the Yasukuni Shrine is about? Or maybe he is a closet fan of Japanese Imperialism? Either way, its the most stupid thing any Chinese celebrity could do. Imagine any Israeli star posing for a photo while attending some sick wedding ceremony at Auschwitz. That's how stupid this looks. No Israelis or American Jews are stupid enough to do that.
His friend who had a wedding was Chinese too? Well, if that was the case, it goes to show how some of these f.. Kers that are financially well off i.e. Entertainers, financial monkeys, etc. loses touch with their sense of humanity, dignity, and love of country. It seems that for some, success breeds arrogance and mental retardation which explains the level of wilful ignorance being displayed by yet another Chinese celebrity proving yet again that these people must never be given any type of power or influence within the Chinese government ever.
I know this should be in the Japanese military news. But it's also news in general. And I wanted to concentrate on their headline:
"China's growing threats". Now tell me when was the last time China ever invaded Japan, and when was the last time Japan invade China? Isn't it this typical of the MSM.

If you revisit the history of Vietnam war you will find nothing strange. North Vietnam never stopped pushing to the south after signing the cease fire deal with the U.S. The faster the North advanced to the South, the faster U.S. pulled out.
Why Taliban are taking over "far too easily"? Because the government forces are defecting or deserting more and more. Nobody want to be on the loosing side at the end. Fighting to the end on the loosing side, one will be severely punished, joining the winning side, one get pardoned or even rewarded.
If true that the friend getting married was Chinese, then that's madness. Sometimes people who obtained too much wealth too soon can get carried away. Zhang Zhehan is probably one of those terrible examples.
The thing about many of the rich and elite people. They tend to create and mingle within an exclusive class of their own. Their circle of friends tend to be from the same society. They tend to marry amongst each other. This can breed arrogance, and a lack of empathy for the common folk. This happens to any elite societies around the world. Though not all rich and elite people are like that, many tend to fall into that same trap.
It is a good thing that China has a government and society that will not allow the rich and elites to do what ever the want. I just wish we had at least 10% of that here in Malaysia. Because here in Malaysia, the rich and elites can get away with murder. I mean it literally.

I actually do have a friend iin Kabul and did tell me his government was selling out. Plus he has a stash of anime and video games which he thinks he will lose.
My immediate response to the claim was suspicion. It seemed an amateurish attempt to draw China more deeply into the Indo/Pak conflict. Not the behavior of a true ally, at all!
I am also suspicious of the conclusion. Firstly, the Pakistani Foreign minister called it an accident within a few days, that was too easy too soon. He then retracted after China disagreed. Now after capturing only one suspect, with two more on the run, they concluded it is India and Afghanistan behind it, it is too convenient. It is also strange that the announcement has no Chinese consent even though China has investigators in the team. It looks like somebody in Pakistan is trying to force Chinese hands.
Stupidity on a whole different level. Surly someone from his management team should have advise him on this. So I'm not sure it just pure stupidity. Or it could be more to this sorry saga.
I think his video games would be last of his worries judging by what happened last time the Taliban was in town.
