I'm sure you can wear any shirt you like as long as it is not black! The colour of the used condoms!

Two things.

First, this is exactly what I'm saying about the quotas being unfair. Only allowing one is unfair to the country that might have two or three outstanding athletes within a chance of obtaining medals not being given that chance, Yet in track and swimming countries mainly western ones are allowed more than one competitor.
I already explained before; those are far more universal sports and are more competitive as a result. Even with lax quotas and such, no country can truly dominate.
Second.

It may not be super rare to have a fat dumpy person lifting heavy objects. But usually in my experience, mostvof these fat dumpy person can't even lift a big Mac to shove it in their mouth. So how is it possible that these fat dumpy weightlifters can lift so much weight?
Fat people are strong, very strong. Look at powerlifting and strongman; sexy jacked people can't compete. It's all fat dudes with no necks. Due to differences in muscle type/composition and other genetics, you can have very strong people coming from body types you wouldn't expect but the universal advantage is to be big boned.

Interesting thing that modern science has not figured out:
By logic, a very fat superheavyweight lifter should be able to lift more if he loses fat. Fat has no known ability to pull weight, but it is dead weight on his body. If a 160kg lifter loses 20kg belly fat, he should be able to squat 20kg more. However, in real life, making him lose 20 kg fat will cause an enormous drop in his strength. One theory is that the fat aroung his ass and thighs allows him to bounce better, however, this has been debunked because fat has no elasticity. I have seen this in person; my friend weighs 265 pounds and is lean and muscular. He squats 365 pounds, however, he told me that in high school, he was also 265 pounds, but chubby. In high school, he could squat 550 pounds. He lost fat and built muscle to look good but it made him weaker. Neither he, I, nor modern scientists understand why.
You are into genetics. Is it ever possible for a super heavyweight weight lifter to be as shredded as a lightweight lifter sheerly by training.?
Sure, no problem. Calorie deficit training, but he will lose his strength and leave the sport... then there are people who are just truly too fat (Behdad Salimi 170kg) and can probably look fine with intensive fat loss training but might die from overexertion and malnutrition before he looks shredded.
Chen Lijun, who pulled out of the men's weightlifting event because of leg cramps at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and had been struggling with injuries, staged a thrilling comeback and won the men's 67kg gold medal at Tokyo 2020.

This guy.... missed his last 2 snatches, total bullcrap. He's normally a very consistent lifter with a snatch right up to the world record. Luckily, he's a monster in the clean and jerk too so he made it up. 2 things about him:

1. Chen is known as the stupid guy in Chinese weightlifting. When the talent scout went to his elementary school and asked all the kids to do as many pushups as they can, Chen did 50... They asked him why he stopped and he said because he was bored, not tired. Then he did a stationary leap of over 2 meters. The guys asked his teacher how he's doing in grades and they said absolutely fucking terrible. So they talked to his parents and nabbed him. Currently, as an adult, he's still stupid. Coach Yujie has said, "Chen is a very hard worker and trains diligently once he understands... but his mind is very simple and you have to tell him many times before he understands."

2. Chen is so stupid that he forfeited his gold in Rio because he was LATE. Yeah... unheard of, eh. He lost track of time sitting in his hotel and suddenly realized he had 20 minutes to get to his competition. He got out and sprinted for 20 minutes to get there and although he was in time, he had overexerted and suffered cramps in his arms and legs causing him to bomb. What a gift to the 33 Colombian lifter who took Chen's gold; the old soldier was in tears and never expected to see an Olympic gold in his life.
