On the right, it appears to be an improved variant of Z-10ME. Especially notable is the addition of new large bumps – just behind the stub wing – that appear to house some kind of ECM unit, directional infrared countermeasures maybe? The wingtip laser warning receivers also appear different. Then there's the main rotor mast, it looks like it could mount a mmWave radar.

“Base” Z-10ME already has upward facing exhausts, as do some earlier Z-10 versions (either built that way or retrofitted).
