This article claims AZ is the world's most widely used vaccine, yet according to this:

Of the 2.6 billion doses administered globally, 1 billion comes from China and 0.3 billion from US. Neither country uses AZ. Therefore, the claim that AZ is the "most widely used vaccine" seems highly dubious.

Unfortunately I was not able to find any actual numbers for a definitive answer.

However, "ordered" does not mean administered, or even manufactured. Furthermore, this statistic is suspect of itself, as the Chinese vaccines together only add up to less than 600 million.

So does anyone have definitive numbers for vaccine administration worldwide?

In the mind of Australian media and other western MSM, China does not exist in the stage of COVID fighting. So of course they will say "AZ is the most used", just like when talking about the best performer of COVID containment, they always talk about SK, Japan, Singapore and even Vietnam as if China doesn't exist.

This is how the west comfort themselves. We don't need to dig numbers to convince ourselves that they are wrong.

No, the Chinese media should point out the huge increase in UNEXPLAINED DEATHS in people vaccinated with mRNA.

Twitter and Facebook prevented a mother from speaking out about her dead 13 year old son who was injected with Pfizer a mere 4 days ago.

The Western governments are waging biowarfare on their OWN PEOPLE and no one speaks out.

Please help!

I disagree. You give them too much credit.

What is happening here is complete groupthink at all levels of American government. They ignore the data and show no interest in learning about why the spike protein is causing so much damage to us.

Given that Americans convinced themselves and the rest of the world that vegetable oil is good for you (while eggs are bad), it is no surprise that another plague of misinformation originated there.

Clearly what matters is Deaths, ICU and hospitalizations. doesn't matter if they get infected (ignore US propaganda...)

China is now in the good position where it can comfortably sit back and watch if the UK, US and EU experiment of opening up completely will work or not

If it works, no biggie. China will soon follow behind and also open.

If it doesn't work, then no biggie again. China will keep its borders closed and it can keep the (Chinese) tourism money flowing internally and keep its economy running normally without too many issues.

This is a win-win for China. The West can be the lab rats

mRNA has the disadvantage of having too specific surface antigens of the spike protein. Anytime the virus mutates too much, it may be necessary to vaccinate the whole population again with a new reprogrammed mRNA vaccine.

Inactivated vaccines do not have this disadvantage since the inactivated virus presents much more varied antigens on its surface.
