But Mearscheimer is thinking along the same lines.

I respect Mearscheimer's realist view of the world. I think it's a core force of nature and plays an important role on how the world operates. But I can't stop thinking (and hoping) that by 2030 China's soft civilization power as well as real economical benefits could also make unification more palatable if not attractive for the Chinese compatriots in Taiwan.

Their land? It belongs to the Arabs, the Jews lost "their land" a long time ago when the Romans came and conquered it. They are using the Western nations and the term "holocaust" to caste an apartheid government upon the Palestinians.
I didnt said if it was theirs or not, fair or not. They still managed to get land though.

Only results matter. I bet you that in 50 years noone will remember the Palestinian issue.

Thats how things work. Victors write history and all that

Huh? Read history first . The issue about Israel- Palestine is essentially about the control over the "Holy land" and specifically Jerusalem which has been contested over by the 3 Abrahamic Faiths for thousands of years. All of them won and lost control over this land multiple times.
Muslims across the world see Palestinians as the rightful inhabitants of the holy land.

Forgetting Palestinian issue would mean Billions of Muslims forgetting about Al-Aqsa whose religious significance i think you don't understand . The Palestinian issue will always exist as long as the 3 Abrahamic faiths exist.

Also, I like how you came up with that 50 years figure out of nowhere.

Now regarding your bet. How much are you willing to bet? Coz i will put everything i have. Let's open an escrow account. :)

Did you just forget the recent (> 2000) history?

In the 2000s the whole Muslim world was with Palestine. Then as years passed by, the Arab states have stopped caring about them.

I mean, just look at the Abraham accords, its painfully clear that the Arab States have dropped this matter.

Then look at the recent violence there. They didnt do ____ . You would think that China was caring more about Palestine than these Muslims themselves

Maybe the civilians care, but the rulers dont.

And this is only in a span of 20 years. With the accelerating phase of things, maybe it wouldnt even need another 50 years lol

So, I apologise if I hurt some people's feelings about Palestine, as I also support Palestine. However reality is reality and emotions are emotions

IMO a good way for Palestine to increase their "importance" would be to leverage China strengh.

China wants to show to the Muslim world (not rulers, but citizens) that it cares about them and that it is all-weather friend to them. Palestine can leverage this so that it can pressure the treasonous Arab rulers to support it. This is the only way forward for them

Anyway, that was offtopic but i still needed to say again how the Arab States have betrayed Palestine for Israel

Love the symbolism of the american eagle/Jesus gesturing to the money which lies alongside toilet paper (reference to inflation and money printing) and the cake of China which these nations hope to divide.
@hashtagpls bro the two frogs (on the basin and the one jumping with peso(?) in hand) depict Taiwan? I think the jumping frog is either The Philippines or the Baltic state? Can't distinguish the money but it looks like our currency (ph1,000).

"the Romans drove them out of Judea"

this is ... THE christian legend assumed by the rabbis

the literature on the destruction of the second Temple (-70) follows the literary tradition of the destruction of the first temple

It is incredible that someone thinks that the British Empire has the right to give "La Mancha" to the readers of "Don Quixote de la Mancha", and that after this brutal racist-imperial act (1917-) the aforementioned fantasy readers from Rusia and Poland have the right to unleash chaos and terror (1947-) to drive out and subdue the local population, "the people of the land" ("am ha'eretz"): the arabhebrew population of "the land of Canaan")

Love it they all sit around their Lord and master. With the Japs, the lackey pouring radioactive wine. But noticed too, the symbolism of India and Australia are at the far end of the table. With India barely on it. The two frogs are. Particularly the frog in the bowl. Represent the Chinese proverb a "frog in a well" for Taiwan. And the classic toilet paper for money and the Chinese cake. Love it.

Sadly, it all remind me of this:
