Espionage involving China

Aren't there laws that deny foreign nationals from participating in protests?

I've noticed the Ukrainian far right participating in HK riots, US gutter filth Ted Cruz visiting HK like it's his "retreat leisure island" and of course US officials having closed room discussions with HK riot leaders.

There is such a law that prevent foreigners in participating, BUT........ it is in the western countries. In Hong Kong and China, where cries of "lack of freedoms" in a Mel Gibson braveheart voice.

It's ironic isn't it, the very freedom the west accused China of, they don't provide.

I know that the US does allow foreigners to protest due to the First Amendment. For example, the Indian community were protesting in Detroit and other places in support of the farmer's protests in India.

Statement by Chengdu Police

"The peace and tranquillity our nation enjoys today did not come easily. Generations of revolutionary brought us national independence by paying a price in blood and lives, sons and daughters of China brought us prosperity by paying a price in sweat and youth, we will not tolerate anyone attempting to destroy the fruit of their labour. We will not sit idle while the nation's safety and development is under threat, we will not allow any enemy forces to damage the continuing development of the nation or the peaceful lives of the people, Coloured Revolution will never be allowed to occur on this land. Anyone wanting to trial such attempts, be prepared to face frontal assault."

As you can see the Angelina Jolie meme is alive and well in China.

Perhaps i should've made it clearer. Yes its all fine and dandy protesting about "other" peoples or sone envitonmental issues. But ehat i was talking aboit is protesting to bring down governments. Let's how far you get if you're of s foreign national!

Here's someone going to online police for confession for spreading rumours. The police went "oh it's you, yes please go hand yourself in at the nearest police station. What's your number? I will try to put in a good word for you so they will go easy on you".

Was naive of me @Temstar .

I believe Chinese people are a bit too gullible. There must be grassroots effort to educate people on foreign threats and influence campaigns that seeks nothing other than to see PRC destruction.

For some of them it is as easy as circumventing the Great Firewall. I've heard an anecdote of how a teenage Chinese liberal who became a little Wolf Warrior after he started reading what foreigners were saying about China. It got so bad that the politics class teacher started telling him to tune down his rhetoric. Now that I think about it he must've wandered onto a Jai Hind website by accident.
