Both TSMC and Samsung are not using multipatterned DUV for 7nm currently. both use EUV for 7nm. TSMC used it at first version but not currently.Ah okay

To do it efficient economically , EUV is needed for 7nm
2025 EUV may appear.
2030 EUV wide usage is a reasonable estimate.
Why don't you check the Huawei 45nm first. It's based on smee 60nm dual stage dry duv.

Yeah, initially
In 2019.
Now switched over to TSMC 7nm version 2.
