Figures are fudged in India. Govt is massively underreporting it for political reasons (there are major elections going on in crucial states right now so Modi doesnt want negative PR). The real figures are 3-4x the reported ones.
People are dying like dogs, crematoriums are melting, massive shortage of oxygen cylinders, essential drugs being hoarded ,
beds not available in various cities, even the national capital Delhi is facing shortage .COVID testing being refused by private clinics citing Govt orders. Delhi has a positivity rate of 25% (and its on the rise) which is mind boggling. Health Infrastructure has collapsed in various cities. All in all its a frickin mess.
You do often get foreign DNA into your body from germs and viruses, and not to mention from the food you eat.

What messenger RNA does is to tell a cell to manufacture a spike protein like the coronavirus' and the body reacts to this spike protein as foreign.
Your body makes mRNA all the time. That's how your DNA sends messages to all parts of your cells all the time. These messages have a very short life, once used, they disintegrate harmlessly in the body. How does your body say these fragments are foreign or not? On a molecular level these are bits of sugar with peptides.

Basically, any inactivated vaccine can be called "vero cell" if it use this method. Does Nepal also received Indian made inactivated vaccine such as BBV152 which is the same kind of vaccines from SinoVac or SinoPharm.
That is a over-simplistic statement and strange conclusion. China was never a big drug maker in normal time, and its export of drug in the world is ignorable. Then over the sudden it is doing a "bad" job in the field that it was never specialized? You can check who is the top drug producers and compare their current vaccine production and export figure than compare them to China, then tell who is doing a bad job compared to how good they should have been. FYI, US was always a top drug maker, in the same way as China being the world factory in other sectors. They are all doing what they are good at.
"relative to size" is another name of "per capital" which is pointless in many ways. If you only acknowledge "per capital" as a benchmark, how about China has equal number of SSN, CVN, ICBM, CO2 emission, Car ownership per capital as the USA? Or that is just crazy by all means?
